Usage method
1. Plate the cells 24 hours in advance (for suspension cells, plate them 2 hours in advance).
2. Based on the volume of culture medium required for the experiment, calculate the volume of the product that needs to be diluted, and dilute the product to 1X.
3. Calculate the virus dosage based on the virus titer and the MOI value of the cells, and add the virus to the diluted LV-Enhance.
4. Add the well-mixed pathogen solution to the cell culture plate. Replace it with fresh culture medium every 8 to 12 hours, and adjust the specific time according to the cell condition.
Note: This product was tested by diluting it with a medium containing 10% serum, and the infection effect was good. During the usage process, you can conduct pre-experiments and explore its application. The diluted virus solution should be used immediately. Long-term storage will reduce the virus activity.
