1. ROX Reference Ⅰ(50×) is a high-concentration ROX and is applicable to the following models of Real-Time PCR instruments:
- Applied Biosystems 7300 Real-Time PCR System(Thermo Fisher Scientific);
- Applied Biosystems 7900 Real-Time PCR System(Thermo Fisher Scientific);
-Step One Plus Real-Time PCR System (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
2. ROX Reference II (50×) is a low-concentration ROX and is applicable to the following models of Real-Time PCR instruments:
- AppliedBiosystems 7500 Real-Time PCR System (Thermo Fisher Scientific);
- AppliedBiosystems 7500 FAST Real-Time PCR System (Thermo Fisher Scientific)
3. When used with the following models of Real Time PCR amplifiers, ROX Reference is not required:
Roche, Bio-Rad, TaKaRa, Hongshi, Yarui, Borui, Tianlong and other Real-Time PCR instruments that do not require the addition of ROX calibration dyes.


Product Description
This product can be used for various types of plant samples without the need for nucleic acid extraction. It can directly conduct TaqMan Probe qPCR reactions for the detection of gene content and transgenic organisms, etc. The plant samples were crushed using the specially developed Buffer RLB18 component in the kit, and then the qPCR amplification reaction was directly carried out.
The product employs a directionally modified and antibody-blocked direct-expansion Hot-Start DNA Polymerase (HOT-Start DNA Polymerase), combined with an optimized hot-start qPCR dedicated buffer system, which has extremely strong tolerance to PCR inhibitors in various samples. It can effectively avoid non-specific amplification reactions similar to those caused by non-heat-activated polymerases, thereby enhancing the efficiency of PCR amplification. It can also achieve ideal amplification for polysaccharide and polyphenol samples and obtain highly sensitive qPCR detection results.

Product features
1. There is no need for nucleic acid extraction or purification. qPCR reactions can be directly conducted on various plant samples, saving time and effort.
2. In combination with the specially developed high-performance sample pretreatment component Buffer RLB18, the direct qPCR reaction effect can be comparable to that of the product extracted from the same sample volume as the template.
3. The use of antibody-blocked mutant polymerase enables Hot Start PCR reactions. When combined with a specially developed Buffer system, it features high amplification efficiency and high amplification sensitivity.
4. It is capable of amplifying samples of polysaccharides and polyphenols.
