Product Details
1. Immunity: When this product is mixed and stirred with the antigen, it can quickly form a water-in-oil state. It can form a stable emulsion in both 1:1 and 1:2 conditions. The 1:2 emulsion is more viscous than the 1:1 one, and the water dripping after emulsification will not disperse for several weeks. The immune effect has been tested on multiple species of antigens and various genera of animals, and it is due to milk
It is thoroughly and firmly dissolved, so compared with other adjuvants, it is less likely to cause immune tolerance.
2. Preparation of monoclonal antibody ascites: Inject the adjuvant into the abdominal cavity of BALB/C mice, with 0.3-0.5ml per mouse for about 15 days (generally 12-18 days), and then inject hybridoma cells. It is recommended to inject 800,000-1,000,000 cells per mouse. Ascites will appear 1.5 to 2 days later than with ordinary adjuvants, but it is unobstructed
Under normal circumstances, the volume of ascites is 1.5 to 2 times that of the common adjuvant output, and the ascites titer of the monoclonal antibody remains unchanged.
