肝素层析介质（6FF）是一种用于纯化肝素依赖性生物分子的亲和层析介质， 纯化对象 包括抗凝血酶 III、凝血因子和其他血浆蛋白、 DNA 结合蛋白、脂蛋白、蛋白合成因子、核 酸作用酶和类固醇受体。本品采用高交联的 6%琼脂糖介质，可耐受较高的流速及化学稳定性，适合大规模纯化。具体性能见表 1。
