The rProtein A/G Magnetic IP/Co-IP Kit is a kit that can efficiently complete immunoprecipitation (IP) and co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) experiments. It contains high-performance rProtein A/G MagPoly Beads, enabling rapid and convenient magnetic separation. In addition, the optimized buffer solution in the kit provides favorable reaction conditions for the immunoprecipitation experiment and enhances the stability of the immunoprecipitation experiment. The ligand of the polymer magnetic bead is recombinant protein A/G (approximately 14 kDa), which simultaneously possesses IgG binding domains for both protein A and protein G, and has a broader range of antibody subtype binding. The elution methods of the kit are diverse. It can either elute the immune complex from the protein A/G magnetic beads with a low pH eluent or use electrophoresis loading buffer to elute the immune complex under denaturing conditions for direct subsequent detection and analysis.
This product can be widely applied to the immunoprecipitation reaction of antigens in samples such as cell lysates, cell secretion supernatants, serum, ascites, etc.
