1. Product description Hybridoma Feeder PF is a hybridoma cell addition reagent formulated from a pure chemical formulation to effectively improve the survival efficiency of hybridoma cells. Can be used in rat and mouse monoclonal antibody preparation, e.g., in hybridoma cell fusion, subclonal screening processes, with a significant ability to promote the growth of hybridoma cells, Hybridoma Feeder PF Medium has the following characteristics: 1. Effectively increase the success rate of hybridoma cell fusion; 2. It can increase the growth rate of hybridoma cells, and can increase and enlarge clonal colonies; 3. When hybridoma subclonal, the survival rate of monoclonal cells can be improved; 4. Pure chemical formula, no biological ingredients; 2. Working concentration Dilute to 500 ml with complete medium for use. Note: The basal media for the Hybridoma Feeder PF are RPMI 1640, IMDM, and DMEM, and the other media have not been tested. Hybridoma Feeder PF is intended to be used as a cell culture additive only and is not a subspar for serum. 3. Operation steps: 1. Take out; Hybridoma; Add 1ml of ddH2O to the bottle of FeederPF until the dry powder is fully dissolved; 2. Add the dissolved HybridomaFeederPF to 500ml of complete medium and mix well; 3. Filter the complete medium with a 0.22μm filter and ensure it is used within 1 month; 4. The prepared medium can be directly used for hybridoma cell fusion and subsequent experiments. 4. Storage conditions It is recommended to be transported at room temperature, stored at 2~8°C, sterile for use, and valid for 12 months.
