一、产品描述
本产品用于ELISA实验中TMB显色的终止液。终止反应后OD值稳定性明显优于盐酸、硫酸和磷酸。
 
二、产品用途
用于ELISA试验。
 
三、操作方法
  1. 在酶标板中每孔中加入100 µl TMB溶液室温孵育 5~30分钟，反应充分后，每孔加入加100µl终止液。
  2. 终止后5分钟之内检测,检测波长450nm。  

四、储存温度
常温运输(勿超过30℃)，2-8℃，正常储存条件下有效期2年
 
五、注意事项
本产品呈弱酸性，对金属有一定的腐蚀性，溅洒后及时用清水擦洗。
