Ready-to-use type, for ELISA with horseradish peroxidase as the marker; Single-component, ultra-stable, and easy to use. TMB is the substrate of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Under the action of horseradish peroxidase, it reacts with oxidants to form a blue product. The intensity of the color is directly proportional to the activity of HRP, and thus can be used for the detection of HRP-labeled substances.
