备注：本品针对兔来源一抗
生物素/亲合素-ALP系统提供在冰冻切片、石蜡包埋组织和细胞涂片中细胞表面抗原和 胞内抗原快速和精确定位的方法。用正常山羊血清或兔血清封闭，降低非特异性背景染色， 切片与未标记的一抗孵育后，洗去未结合的抗体，加生物素标记的二抗孵育，然后洗去未结 合的生物上标记二抗，再与亲合素-ALP反应，洗涤后加ALP的底物显色。
针对兔来源一抗。
