生物素/亲合素-HRP系统提供在冰冻切片、石蜡包埋组织和细胞涂片中细胞表面抗原和胞内抗原快速和精确定位的方法。试剂盒包括正常山羊或兔血清、生物素标记的二抗和亲合素标记的 HRP。此系统与兔、小鼠来源的一抗使用。非特异性染色用与二抗同种动物的血清封闭。组织、细胞片与未标记的一抗反应后，加生物素标记的二抗，孵育后，洗去二抗，与亲合素辣根酶孵育，洗去后加底物。
