一般生物组织中都含有一定的内源性过氧化物酶和碱性磷酸酶，在使用辣根过氧化物酶或碱性磷酸酶检测系统进行免疫组化染色时，内源性酶也会催化显色底物，产生非特异性着色。因此，在进行免疫组化染色实验前将组织切片内源性的酶消耗掉是必要的。本产品含有对内源性过氧化物酶和碱性磷酸酶的阻断成分，可避免由内源性过氧化物酶和碱性磷酸酶造成的非特异性背景染色。本产品用于辣根过氧化物酶或碱性磷酸酶标记的免疫组化染色，适用于细胞涂片、冰冻组织切片和石蜡包埋组织切片。
