一、产品描述
本品专用于免疫组化、免疫荧光实验中一抗、二抗的去除。本品为 20 倍浓缩液，使用前加入 19 倍体积去离子水稀释。使用微波法或水浴加热法维持 95°C 以上温度 20 分钟以上，即可去除组织切片或细胞爬片中的一抗或者二抗。
本品也是多色试剂盒中的封片组分试剂 F。荧光实验步骤请参考荧光检测试剂盒中说明书步骤9（货号：BDAA0200、BAD0201、BDAA0202、BDAA0203、BDAA0204）。
