一、产品描述
本品是一种含有细胞核蓝色荧光染料 DAPI 并能减缓荧光淬灭的封片试剂。本封片液不仅可以减缓各种常见荧光染料的荧光淬灭，还能在封片的同时完成对细胞核的 DAPI 染色。作为染核或封片使用时滴一滴于组织切片或者细胞爬片盖上盖玻片即可，让切片接触封片液，尽量避免气泡。随后即可在荧光显微镜下观察。
本品也是多色试剂盒中的封片组分试剂 G。荧光实验步骤请参考荧光检测试剂盒中说明书（货号：BDAA0200、BAD0201、BDAA0202、BDAA0203、BDAA0204）。
