Product Introduction

SDS-PAGE protein loading buffer (Reduced 5x) is a loading buffer with bromophenol blue as the dye, which can be used for the preparation and loading of protein samples in reduced polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. This product contains the reducing agent DTT, which can effectively break disulfide bonds, allowing the various protein subunits connected by disulfide bonds to separate from each other.
Based on a sample loading volume of 5 μL per well, 10 mL of this product can be used for 10,000 Wells.

Operation steps

Mix this product evenly with the protein sample in a ratio of 1:4.
2. Heat in a boiling water bath for 3 to 5 minutes.
After full denaturation, cool to room temperature and centrifuge at less than 3000 rpm for 30 seconds.
After centrifugation, take an appropriate amount of the supernatant and load the sample for electrophoresis.

Precautions

Before use, please instantaneously centrifuge the product to the bottom of the tube and then conduct subsequent experiments.
2. Please bring the product to room temperature before use to ensure that the solution is uniform.
