• Preparation Method This antibody uses high-purity SPG as the immunogen. Healthy male experimental white rabbits were immunized multiple times to obtain immune serum with a double diffusion titer of no less than 1:32. After specific affinity purification by SPG, it was finally dissolved in buffer solution.
