Reply: The reagent does not contain Mg2+. Since the Taq Mix used for regular PCR usually contains Mg2+, just add this product. If Mg2+ is added separately, the final concentration should be between 0.5 and 3mM. You can try high-concentration ones first, such as 3mM and 2.5mM.
